At first we thought we would write down some brief sharp statements in our introduction. But we decided to limit us to one:

"What would happen if .....?"

The answer to this question is not irrelevant, but we’ll never be certain of the answer until it presents itself or ... reality catches up with an answer.
However what is relevant is that "true" leaders don’t stop asking questions and keep probing for economical, social and political signals and take actions accordingly.


Posing questions to leaders which expand their scope, that is our mission, that is Cadensa.
We support leaders who dare to question themselves and their organization and who dare to act consequently. Shouldn’t you too?
